The plight of the CQ's :-)

What does one have to say about the present day job scenario ? Is the so called CQ existing in the present day jobs? CQ -> cr34tivity quotient.
The statement that rich goes richer and poor gets poorer does hold good it seems. As far as the current jobs are concerned .. undergraduates and postgraduates are picked in bulk .. i guess the situation is better as compared to unemployment days . But how far does one become even if he is a UG or a PG in engg.
Does anyone have the liberty of choosing b/w does he wants to do? how much will he get? The option between money and interest has come into the market rather than that between companies A and B. The options seem to be conflicting because the so called name factor holds good for a few and seems to vanish day by day.
As far as the jobs are concerned - you need to work 5 or 6 days a week roughly 8-10 hrs a day. And if you are into the web world probably the stakes are pretty high.
So eventually there is no synchronization between how much you get and how much brains you have. Why? because you did not mug for a period of four years .. as if practise really makes a man perfect .. even though he may be a dumb a**.
